Position: Assembly Technician, Belting
Location: Hartland, WI

Position Overview: This position works within our Belting. The primary focus of this position will be on cutting, splicing, heat-pressing, and final inspecting of belt products both for in-house use and customer parts orders. Strict safety and quality standards must be adhered to, in accordance with CMCO Values.
Location: Hartland, WI
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Basic math skills with the ability to understand decimals.
  • Complies with all safety procedures
  • Must have good mechanical ability and be able to work with and build from prints.
  • Use of measuring equipment (i.e. tape measures, calipers, etc.)
  • This person must display initiative, have a positive attitude, be dependable, have safe working habits, and have a good overall attendance record
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:
  • Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
  • Strong communication skills for dealing with co-workers and management.
  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP a plus
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work Overtime
  • Meet attendance & punctuality requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
